Glossy Honey Glaze ingredients

  • 26 1⁄2 oz Honey
  • 22 1⁄2 oz corn syrup
  • 1⁄2 oz margarine
  • 1⁄2 oz Flavoring

Cooking Glossy Honey Glaze

1. Combine honey, syrup and margarine and heat to 110°F.
2. Stiri until blended.
3. Stir flavoring into glaze.
4. (Quantity will vary depending on strength of flavoring.
5. ) Apply glaze at 110°F to oven hot product for best coverage.
