Glazed Carrots with Garlic and Lemon ingredients

  • 1 lb Medium size carrots
  • 1 c chicken broth
  • 1 T soft tube margarine
  • 1 T Shallots
  • 1 t Sugar
  • 1⁄8 t Black pepper
  • 1 T Lemon juice
  • 1 clv garlic

Cooking Glazed Carrots with Garlic and Lemon

1. COMBINE first seven ingredients in medium saucepan.
2. HEAT carrots uncovered over medium heat, approximately 15-20 minutes.
3. Stiri often until carrots are tender and a little liquid is remaining.
4. STIR in lemon.
