Ginger-soy marinade ingredients

  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Cider vinegar
  • 2 T Low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Green onions
  • 1 T Gingerroot, grated
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Orange juice concentrate
  • 2 T Fresh lemon juice

Cooking Ginger-soy marinade

1. Mixi all ingredients together in a small bowl.
2. Use to marinate meat, fish, chicken for an hour or overnight, turning to coat from time to time.
3. Remaining marinade may be used to baste meat while is cooking.
4. Makes ¾ cup = 6 servings.
