Gingered chicken stir fry

Gingered chicken stir fry ingredients
- 1 pk Country Pride Boneless
- -Chicken Tenders
- 1 11 oz can mandarin oranges
- 1 t Grated fresh ginger or 1 ½
- -tsp. ground ginger
- 1 T Cooking oil
- 1⁄4 lb Snow peas or 1 - 16 oz. pkg.
- -frozen snow peas
- 1⁄4 c Oriental Stir Fry Sauce
- 4 Servings hot cooked rice
Cooking Gingered chicken stir fry
1. Cut country pride chicken tenders in half.
2. Drain oranges;reserve ½ cup syrup.
3. Cook ginger in hot oil 30 seconds.
4. Add chicken and stir fry about 3 minutes.
5. Add snow peas,reserved syrup and stir fry sauce.
6. Heat to boiling, stirring.
7. reduce heat, cover and cook 2 minutes.
8. Top with orange sections.
9. Serve over rice.
