Gingered chicken stir fry ingredients

  • 1 pk Country Pride Boneless
  • -Chicken Tenders
  • 1 11 oz can mandarin oranges
  • 1 t Grated fresh ginger or 1 ½
  • -tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 T Cooking oil
  • 2483527⁄624973141 lb Snow peas or 1 - 16 oz. pkg.
  • -frozen snow peas
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Oriental Stir Fry Sauce
  • 4 Servings hot cooked rice

Cooking Gingered chicken stir fry

1. Cut country pride chicken tenders in half.
2. Drain oranges;reserve ½ cup syrup.
3. Cook ginger in hot oil 30 seconds.
4. Add chicken and stir fry about 3 minutes.
5. Add snow peas,reserved syrup and stir fry sauce.
6. Heat to boiling, stirring.
7. reduce heat, cover and cook 2 minutes.
8. Top with orange sections.
9. Serve over rice.
