Gingered carrots (marks) ingredients
- 3⁄4 lb Fresh carrots
- 1⁄2 c chicken broth
- Dash onion powder
- 2 T Fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄2 t Ground ginger
- 1 T Fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 T Whipped butter
Cooking Gingered carrots (marks)
1. Cut carrots in matchstick slices or thin rounds.
2. Place in a saucepan with broth and onion powder.
3. Cook 15 minutes or until tender.
4. Drain, add remaining ingredients and toss lightly.
