Ginger shrimp

Ginger shrimp ingredients
- 8 oz Wish-bone italian dressing
- 1⁄2 c Dry sherry
- 4 med Shallots, peeled , halved
- 3 med Green onions, cut in pieces
- -OR use 1/3 medium onion
- -cut into pieces
- 2 Inch piece fresh ginger
- -peeled and cut in pieces
- -OR use 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 t soy sauce
- 1 t Lemon juice
- 1 lb Uncooked large shrimp
- -cleaned and tails on
Cooking Ginger shrimp
1. Source: the lipton kitchens in food processor or blender, puree all ingredients except shrimp.
2. In large, shallow baking dish, combine dressing mixture with shrimp.
3. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, stirring occasionally, at least 3 hours.
4. Remove shrimp and marinade to large, shallow baking pan or aluminum-foil-lined broiler rack.
5. Broili shrimp with marinade, turning once, 10 minutes or until done.
6. Serve remaining marinade with shrimp.
7. Garnishi as desired.
