Ginger Liqueur ingredients

  • 1⁄2 c Crystallized ginger
  • 2 c Vodka
  • 1⁄2 c Sugar syrup (see recipe)

Cooking Ginger Liqueur

1. Add all ingredients together.
2. Steepi for 2 weeks.
3. Straini and its ready to serve.
4. This liqueur has a real zing to it and will be enjoyed by a true ginger lover.
5. Makes a unique addition to meat and poultry marinades.
