Ginger honey roast chicken ingredients

  • 1 med chicken
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1 t Ground black pepper
  • 1 Piece ginger root, chopped
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c soy sauce
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Honey
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Vegatable oil
  • 1 Piece chiles, chopped
  • 1 t Ground ginger

Cooking Ginger honey roast chicken

1. Rub chicken with salt and pepper and stuff with chopped ginger root.
2. Place in oven on baking tray and bake.
3. Prepare baste by combining oil, soy, honey, chilies, and ground ginger.
4. Stiri vigously and baste chicken when it is 80% done.
5. Bastei frequently, during the final stages of cooking to ensure that the honey does not burn.
6. Notes : serve with rice and steamed vegitables - snow peas are especially good!.
