- 4 T Minced fresh ginger
- 4 T Minced scallion
- 6 T soy sauce
- 4 T Dark Chinese rice Vinegar
- -Lt. rice vinegar or
- Cider vinegar
- 1⁄2 c Homemade or low salt canned
- chicken stock
- 2 T Sugar
Cooking Ginger and scallion sauce
1. Mixi well.
2. Serve with steamed dumplings.
