Gf gingersnaps ingredients
- 1⁄4 c margarine
- 1⁄2 c Sugar
- 2 T molasses
- 1 Eggs
- 1⁄2 c Soya flour
- 1⁄4 c Cornstarch
- 1⁄4 c Potato starch flour
- 1⁄4 t Salt
- 1 t Baking soda
- 1⁄4 t Ginger
- 1⁄2 t Cinnamon
Cooking Gf gingersnaps
1. This is a special recipe made without gluten.
2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
3. Sifti dry ingredients together.
4. Creami margarine and sugar together thoroughly.
5. Beat in egg and molasses.
6. Add flour mixture.
7. Mixi well.
8. Drop rounded teaspoons of dough onto greased cookie sheet.
9. Bakei for 10 to 12 minutes.
10. Makes 40 cookies.
