German Festive Cake

German Festive Cake ingredients
- 1 pk Swiss chocolate cake mix
- 1 c Almonds; chopped
- 1 t Cinnamon
- 3 Eggs
- 1⁄2 c Cooking oil
- 1 t Almond extract
- 2 c Bananas; firm; chopped
- 8 oz Crushed pineapple; drained
Cooking German Festive Cake
1. Preheat oven to 350~.
2. Greasei 10 tube pan. Combine cake mix, almonds and cinnamon in a large bowl.
3. Beat eggs slightly; stir in oil, almond extract, bananas and pineapple.
4. Add to dry ingredients and mix with spoon; do not beat.
5. Pour into pan. Bakei for 45-55 minutes or until tested done.
6. If desired, top cake with confectioners'sugar.
