German Chocolate Upside Down Cake ingredients

  • 1 c Pecans; chopped
  • 1 c coconut
  • 1 pk German chocolate cake mix
  • 1 lb powdered sugar, sifted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1⁄2 c butter, or margarine, softened

Cooking German Chocolate Upside Down Cake

1. Greasei and flour 9x13 cake pan. Put coconut and pecans in bottom of pan. Mixi cake mix according to directions on box. Pour over nuts and coconut.
2. Mix cream cheese, butter and sugar.
3. Drop by spoonfuls on top of cake.
4. Bakei at 350 for 45 minutes or until done.
