German Apple Cake-Mix ingredients
- 1 c Bake it all mix
- 1 Eggs
- 1⁄3 c Granulated sugar
- 1⁄4 c Milk
- 1⁄4 c Bake it all mix
- 1⁄4 c Brown sugar - packed
- 1 t Ground cinnamon
- 3 c Sliced apples*
Cooking German Apple Cake-Mix
1. *3 medium, pared and cored Break egg into bowl; beat.
2. Blend in granulated sugar and milk.
3. Add 1 cup Mixi. Beat until thoroughly mixed.
4. Pour batter into an 8-inch round cake pan, bottom rubbed with shortening.
5. Blend 1/4 cup Mix, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
6. Sprinkle half of mixture over batter.
7. Arrange apple slices in rows on top. Sprinkle remaining mixture over apples.
8. Bakei in a 350 F. oven about 40 minutes.
