- 2 med Onions, peeled
- 2 c Nonfat plain yogurt
- 1 Lemon juice or rice vineger
- 1 Sugar
- 1 pepper, to taste
- 2 T Ground cumin seeds
- 2 T Ground coriander seeds
- 1 t Garam masala
- 2483527⁄624973141 To 3/4 tsp cayanne pepper or Chili paste
- 2 t Fresh ground ginger and garlic paste
- 1 Chopped cilantro to taste
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Turmeric
Cooking Gene's Indian Kabob Sauce (Lacto)
1. Liquify in blender.
2. Simmeri until thickened slightly and flavor is set. Use as a marinade for kabobs or any meat or fish.
3. Very good with rice.
