Gazpacho soup ingredients
- 15 oz EDEN Crushed Tomatoes
- 372529⁄164516864 oz EDEN Diced Tomatoes
- 1 c water
- 2 T Onion, minced
- 1 green peppers, diced
- 1 Red pepper, diced
- 2 Cucumbers, peeled, seeded
- -- and cut in chunks
- 1 bn Green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 Cloves garlic
- -- peeled and pressed
- 3 T EDEN Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 T EDEN Shoyu
- 1 t Cumin
- 3 T Lemon juice
- 3 T Lime Juice
- 2 t basil
- 2 t dill
Cooking Gazpacho soup
1. Combine all ingredients and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
2. Great with cornbread!.
