Gazpacho soup ingredients

  • 15 oz EDEN Crushed Tomatoes
  • 372529⁄164516864 oz EDEN Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 c water
  • 2 T Onion, minced
  • 1 green peppers, diced
  • 1 Red pepper, diced
  • 2 Cucumbers, peeled, seeded
  • -- and cut in chunks
  • 1 bn Green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 Cloves garlic
  • -- peeled and pressed
  • 3 T EDEN Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 T EDEN Shoyu
  • 1 t Cumin
  • 3 T Lemon juice
  • 3 T Lime Juice
  • 2 t basil
  • 2 t dill

Cooking Gazpacho soup

1. Combine all ingredients and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
2. Great with cornbread!.
