Garlic pepper chicken breasts ingredients

  • 1⁄2 c Plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 t chicken boullion powder
  • 1⁄2 t Black pepper
  • 1⁄2 t garlic Powder
  • 6 Skinless, boneless chicken
  • -breast halves

Cooking Garlic pepper chicken breasts

1. Makes 6 servings in small bowl, whisk together yogurt, boullion, garlic, and pepper.
2. Blend.
3. Place in a shallow glass dish.
4. Add the chicken breasts, turnign to coat all sides with marinade.
5. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
6. Remove chicken from dish and discard leftover marinade.
7. Grilli or broil chicken until cooked through, approsimately 5-6 minutes per side.
8. this is great served with wild rice and a green salad.
9. I usually take the chicken skins off before marinating.
