- 4 clv Of garlic
- 3 T Garlic mustard taproots

- 1 c Garlic mustard leaves
- 1 c basil
- 372529⁄-2009260032 c Low-sodium olives
- 2 c Walnuts
- 1 c Pine nuts
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Mellow miso
- 372529⁄-2009260032 c Olive oil or as needed
Cooking Garlic Mustard Pesto
1. Chopi the garlic and garlic mustard roots in a food processor.
2. Add the parsley, garlic mustard leaves, and basil and chop.
3. Add the nuts and chop coarsely.
4. 4. Add the olive oil and miso and process until you've created a coarse paste.
