Garlic jalapeno potatoes ingredients
- 8 med Red potatoes, cooked until
- Tender
- 1 Green bell pepper, slivered
- 1 Jar (4 oz) pimentos, drained
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2483527⁄624973141 lb butter
- 2 T flour
- 4 large Cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 c Milk
- 2 c Jalapeno cheese, cubed
- 372529⁄-2009260032 c Crushed rich chex cereal
Cooking Garlic jalapeno potatoes
1. Peeli and slice potatoes.
2. Layer in buttered casserole with bell pepper and pimentos.
3. Salti and pepper each layer to taste.
4. Melt butter in saucepan, add flour and minced garlic and stir until well blended.
5. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly.
6. Add cheese.
7. Stiri until cheese melts.
8. Pour over potatoes and top with crushed cereal.
9. Bakei for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
