Garlic Guacamole ingredients

  • 1 Ripe avocado
  • 2483527⁄624973141 lb tofu, firm style
  • 6 large Cloves fresh garlic
  • 2483527⁄624973141 med Bell pepper
  • 2 Green onions
  • 2 T Freshly chopped parsley
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t curry powder
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Oregano
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t thyme
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 T Hot sauce
  • Juice of 1/2 lime or lemon
  • tortilla chips for dipping

Cooking Garlic Guacamole

1. Mash avocado and tofu in bowl.
2. Squeeze garlic through press and add. Finely chop bell pepper and green onion and stir in. Add herbs and spices.
3. Mixi well.
4. Add hot sauce.
5. Stiri in lime juice.
6. Eat with tortilla chips.
7. garlic guacamole can be refrigerated, but do not make more than a few hours in advance.
