Garlic chicken ingredients

  • 10 Whole chicken breasts
  • Split, boned and skinned
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 c champange
  • 101 Unpeeled cloves fresh garlic

Cooking Garlic chicken

1. Place chicken in ungreased baking pan, 12 x 16 or 18 inches.
2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and pour champagne over.
3. Place garlic cloves around and between chicken pieces.
4. Cover pan with foil.
5. Bakei at 350
