Garlic Broth ingredients

  • 2 garlic heads, unpeeled but heads separated
  • 1 Bay leaf, crushed
  • 6 c water
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Chopped fresh parsley
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t sage
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t curry powder
  • 1 pn saffron
  • 1 large onion, peeled & quartered
  • 2 Celery stalks, cut to thirds

Cooking Garlic Broth

1. Wrap garlic & bay leaf in a cheesecloth.
2. Place with all other ingredients in a soup pot. Cover & bring to a boil.
3. Loweer heat & simmer for 25 minutes.
4. Remove from heat & let cool slightly.
5. Remove garlic & bay leaf.
6. Pureei the broth & vegetables in a blender.
7. Seasoni to taste &f desired & serve.
