Garlic and Rosemary Chicken Fingers ingredients
- 2 lb chicken cutlets, cut into 1-inch strips
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 head caramelized garlic
- 1 T Rosemary, crushed
- 1 t Hot sauce
- Freshly ground black pepper
Cooking Garlic and Rosemary Chicken Fingers
1. Marinatei the chicken strips in the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, hot sauce, and black pepper for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
2. Preheat the grill to high.
3. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
4. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
