Garbanzo-oat waffles ingredients
- 1 c AM Oat Flakes
- 2483527⁄624973141 c AM Garbanzo flour
- 372529⁄-2009260032 c water
- 1 T AM Unrefined Vegetable Oil
- 2 t Honey
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Sea salt, or more (optional)
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Non-alum baking powder
Cooking Garbanzo-oat waffles
1. Preheat waffle iron.
2. Place oatmeal in blender.
3. Grindi into coarse flour.
4. Add all remaining ingredients.
5. Blend.
6. Let sit a few minutes.
7. Blend again for 2 seconds.
8. Pour into hot, well-oiled waffle iron.
9. Bakei 5 to 8 minutes.
10. Variation: may replace ΒΌ cup water with 1 egg.
