Gai pad prik ingredients
- 1 T garlic, minced
- 1 T Red and green chilies sliced (or to taste)
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Oil
- 1 c Chicken breast, cut in bite Size pieces, about ½" thick
- 1 c Basil leaves, washed
- -(Thai basils preferred)
- 372529⁄-2009260032 T Fish Sauce (Nam Pla)
- 2 t Sugar
- 1 T Cilantro leaves, chopped
Cooking Gai pad prik
1. (thai saute chicken with chilies and basils) note: meat used in this dish can be any kind.
2. (shrimps, fish fillets, squids, pork or beef).
3. Fryi garlic and chilies in oil over medium heat until fragrant.
4. Add chicken and cook until just about done (do not over cook the chicken).
5. Add the rest of the ingredients, except the cilantro leaves, stir and heat through.
6. Transfer the chicken to a serving plate and garnish with cilantro.
7. Serve with cooked rice.
8. Makes 2 servings.
