Funnel cakes - (lc) ingredients

3 Eggs
1 t vanilla
2 c Milk
1 1⁄2 t baking powder
1⁄2 t Salt
3 c flour
1⁄4 c Sugar

Cooking Funnel cakes - (lc)

1. Mixi together the eggs, milk, and vanilla.
2. Sifti together the flour, salt sugar and baking powder.
3. Add dry ingredients to milk mixture.
4. Stiri to mix well.
5. Heat oil to 370 degrees (be sure it is hot or the cakes will absorb to much oil).
6. Pour batter from a small pitcher, making loops and crossing over batter.
7. Fryi up to minutes - turn and brown well.
8. Drain on paper toweling.
9. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
10. Makes about ten cakes.
