- 1⁄3 c Whole-wheat flour
- 1⁄4 c Chopped dates, or raisins, o
- 2 t. honey
- 1⁄2 t Salt
- 5 c water
Cooking Fruity golden waffles
1. Recipe by: the new mcdougall cookbook preparation time: 0:15 mix the oats, flour, dates, raisins or honey, and salt in a large bowl.
2. Add the water to make a batter.
3. Pour the batter into a blender in batches until the consistency is smooth.
4. (or process all at once in a food processor).
5. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes in a waffle iron set on high.
