Cooking Fruit-and-nut balls

1. Grindi together dates, raisins, cocoa (or carob powder), walnuts and sunflower seeds in a food processor or meat grinder.
2. press the mixture into 24 small balls.
3. Roll in the ground nuts.
4. Store in an airtight container.
