Fruit& Nut Stuffed Pork Chops

Fruit& Nut Stuffed Pork Chops ingredients
- 6 Thick pork chops, with Stuffing pocket cut
- 1⁄4 t spoon Pepper
- 2 cu s Italian seasoned bread
- Crumbs, divided
- 1⁄2 c Peeled chopped apple
- 1⁄3 c Shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 T lespoons Finely chopped pecans, Toasted
- 1⁄4 t spoon Salt
- 1⁄8 t spoon Apple pie spice
- 2 T lespoons Melted butter
- 1 c Orange juice, divided
Cooking Fruit& Nut Stuffed Pork Chops
1. Sprinkle chops with pepper; set aside.
2. Combine 1 1/2 cups with remaining ingredients except for 1/2 cup orange juice.
3. Stuff each chop and coat with remaining bread crumbs.
4. Preheat oven to 350F.
5. Place chops in a 13X9X2 baking pan and drizzle with remaining orange juice.
6. Bakei, covered, 20 minutes.
7. Uncover and bake another 30-35 minutes.
8. Serve immediately.
