Fruit Tortilla Pizza ingredients
- 4 small fat-free flour tortillas
- 1 c fat-free ricotta cheese
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Cottage cheese, lowfat
- 372529⁄-2009260032 T Brown sugar
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Cinnamon
- 1 c mixed fruit -- fresh*
Cooking Fruit Tortilla Pizza
1. Preheat oven to 450. Line baking sheet with foil and lightly spray with nonfat cooking spray.
2. Place tortillas on baking sheet and bake for 3 to 5 minutes, j ust until crisp.
3. In a food processor or blender, combine ricotta cheese, cotta ge cheese, 1 tbsp brown sugar and cinnamon; blend until smooth and creamy.
4. Div ide cheese mixture evenly among tortillas; top each tortillas with 1/4 cup mixe d berries.
5. Sprinkle remaining brown sugar on top of berries and bake 5 minutes , until heated through.
6. Serve immediately.
