Fruit Sorbet

Fruit Sorbet ingredients
- 2 3⁄4 c water
- 1⁄4 c Sugar
- 3⁄4 c frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 t Orange peel; finely shredded
Cooking Fruit Sorbet
1. In a sm. saucepan combine the water and sugar.
2. Heat and stir mixture till sugar is dissolved.
3. Cool to room temp.
4. Add the frozen concentrate and the orange peel; stir till the concentrate is dissolved.
5. Freeze in a 1 or 2 qt ice-cream freezer according to manufacturer's directions.
