Fruit Pudding ingredients

  • 1 c Raisins
  • 1 c Suet, chopped
  • 1 c molasses
  • 1 c Milk
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1 t Soda
  • 1 -dissolved in
  • 1⁄4 c water, boiling
  • 1⁄2 t Cinnamon
  • 1⁄2 t Nutmeg
  • 1⁄2 t Allspice
  • 1⁄4 t cloves
  • 1 flour

Cooking Fruit Pudding

1. Combine and mix all the ingredients above, adding the dissolved soda last.
2. Pour into a well-greased mold, cover tightly and steam for 3 hours.
3. Serve with Browni Sugar Puddingi Saucei.
