Fruit Cake Cookies

Fruit Cake Cookies ingredients
- 1 c Brown sugar
- 1⁄4 c butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1 1⁄2 t Baking soda dissolved in
- 1 1⁄2 t Milk
- 1 1⁄2 c flour
- 1⁄4 t Ground cloves
- 1⁄2 t Cinnamon
- 1⁄2 t Nutmeg
- 1⁄2 lb Candied cherries; chopped
- 1⁄2 lb Candied pineapple; chopped
- 1 lb White raisins
- 1⁄2 c Apple juice
- 1 lb Pecans; chopped
Cooking Fruit Cake Cookies
1. Creami butter and sugar.
2. Add eggs and beat well.
3. Add dissolved baking soda.
4. Sifti together flour, cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon.
5. Add to the mixed fruit, mixing well.
6. Blend the fruit-flour mixture into the first mixture.
7. Add apple juice slowly, mixing well.
8. Foldi in pecans.
9. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet.
10. You may have to shape them slightly.
11. Bakei at 300~F for 20 minutes.
