Frozen french toast

1. In a bolw, beat the eggs, milk, sugar, nutmeg, and vanilla.
2. Place bread in a shallow dish.
3. Pour egg mixture over the bread.
4. Turn bread to coat both sides.
5. Let stand until all egg mix is absorbed.
6. Freeze uncovered until firm.
7. Place in sealed plastic bags, return to freezer.
8. To serve: place desired number of french toast on lightly greased cookie sheet.
9. Brush with melted butter, then bake at 500 deg f for 8 minutes.
10. Turn, brush with margarine and bake for another 10 minutes or until browned.
