Frozen Cherry Cups

Frozen Cherry Cups ingredients
- 2 c fresh sweet cherries, pitted
- 1 8 oz. Light cream cheese
- 2 8 oz. Cherry yogurt
- 1 4 oz. Frozen whipped topping
- 1⁄4 c Toasted, slivered almonds
Cooking Frozen Cherry Cups
1. Beat together until smooth in a medium bowl cream cheese, yogurt, frozen whipped topping.
2. Gently stir in fruit.
3. Spoon into 12 paper bake cups in a muffin pan. Sprinkle almonds on top. Cover and freeze for 2-24 hrs. Thaw for 20 mins before serving.
4. Place on letuce-lined salad plates.
