Fried-up chili dip ingredients

  • 1 cn (15oz) Chili con Carn with
  • Beans
  • 1 c (10oz) RO*TEL Whole Tomatoes
  • -and Green Chilies
  • 1 c Shredded lettuce
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Shredded Monterey Jack
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Chopped tomato
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Chopped green onion
  • 2 T Sliced black olives

Cooking Fried-up chili dip

1. Combine chili and ro*tel in a medium saucepan.
2. Heat until hot, stirring occasionally.
3. Pour into a shallow 1 ½-quart bowl.
4. Arrange lettuce along outside edge to form a circle.
5. Continue to arrange remaining ingredients in a circular pattern in the order listed.
6. Serve with tortilla chips.
