Fried Rice 2

Fried Rice 2 ingredients
- 4 c Boiling water
- 1 t butter
- 2 c Rice
- 1 large Onions
- 6 strip Bacon
- 2 med Carrots
- 3 stalk Celery
- 1 bn Spring onions
- 1 c Peas
- 4 med Eggs
Cooking Fried Rice 2
1. Put 4 cups bioling water into a jug, add teaspoon of butter and put into microwave for 4 minutes.
2. Add to water 2 cups rice, stir and cover and cook in microwave for 12 minutes.
3. Let stand.
4. Place rice in flat dish and cover and leave overnight in fridge.
5. Fryi 1 large onion in a little oil together with the bacon finely chopped (no fat).
6. Add rice, grated carrot, finely chopped celery and the cooked peas.
7. Scramble the 4 eggs and add to rice.
8. Now add the chopped spring onions when ready to eat.
