Fried lumpia with sesame seeds ingredients

  • 1⁄2 c shrimp
  • 2 Bunches spring onions
  • 1 1⁄2 c Meat asado*
  • 8 Pieces Chinese mushrooms
  • Soaked in water and cut in
  • -pieces
  • 1 c Cubed bamboo shoots
  • 2 Egg yolks
  • 2 T flour
  • 1 T Rice wine
  • Pepper/salt to taste
  • M.S.G. to taste
  • 10 Big pieces lumpia wrapper
  • 2 Egg whites
  • 1⁄2 c Sesame seeds
  • 3⁄4 c Hot stock
  • 1⁄3 c soy sauce
  • 1⁄3 c Brown sugar
  • 2 T white wine
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1⁄2 t M.S.G.
  • 2 Cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 c Pork or ham, whole

Cooking Fried lumpia with sesame seeds

1. For pork asado-chinese style: in a 2 qt saucepan, combine stock, sauce, brown sugar, white wine, salt, m. s. g. And garlic.
2. Put in pork.
3. Cover pan, bring to a boil.
4. Lower heat and simmer until meat is tender.
5. Slice meat.
6. Serve hot with sauce or go on with the lumpia directions.
7. Lumpiai: combine shrimp, onions, pork asado, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, egg yolks, flour, rice wine, pepper, salt and m. s. g. Wrap in lumpia wrappers.
8. Greasei steamer and steam for 10 minutes.
9. Rub with egg whites and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
10. Cool. Fryi in hot canola or peanut oil.
11. Serve with your favorite sweet and sour sauce.
