Fried dill pickles

Fried dill pickles ingredients

- 1 Egg -- beaten
- 3 1⁄2 c flour -- plus 1 tbsp
- 1 c Milk
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 6 dr Hot sauce
- 1 t Salt
- 3⁄4 t Pepper
- 1 qt sliced dill pickles
- Salt
- Pepper
- Vegetable oil
Cooking Fried dill pickles
1. Combine egg, 1 tbsp flour, milk, worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce; stirring well.
2. Set aside.
3. Combine 3. ½ cups flour, salt, and pepper; mix well.
4. Dip drained pickles into milk mixture and dredge in flour mixture.
5. Deep fry at 350°F until pickles float to the surface.
6. Drain.
