Fried Curry Rice with Shrimps ingredients

  • 4 c steamed rice
  • 1⁄2 lb shrimps, peeled (frozen)
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 2 Shallots, chopped
  • 1 t garlic, chopped
  • 2 large Tomatoes
  • 2 T Oil
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 T curry powder
  • Salt and pepper

Cooking Fried Curry Rice with Shrimps

1. Wash the tomatoes, then cut into quarters.
2. Remove seeds, then cut tomatoes to make 1/4 inch squares.
3. In a large pan, saute chopped onions, shallots and garlic in butter and oil for about 2-3 minutes.
4. Add shrimps, then stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until cooked.
5. Add tomatoes and curry powder and saute for 1 more minute.
6. Add steamed rice and mix very well.
7. Seasoni with salt and pepper.
