Fried Crab Cakes

Fried Crab Cakes ingredients
- 1 lb Crabmeat
- 1 Egg yolks
- 1 1⁄2 t Salt
- pepper, to taste
- 1 t Dry mustard
- 2 t worchestershire sause
- 1 T Mayonnaise
- 1 T Chopped parsley
- 1⁄2 t Paprika
- 1 T Melted butter
- -Bread crumbs (1/2 to 1 cup)
- 1⁄4 c butter or oil
- 1 Lemon, cut into wedges for garnish
Cooking Fried Crab Cakes
1. combine all ingredients except oil and lemon; mix gently.
2. Shape into 6 cakes.
3. Heat butter or oil. Fryi cakes over medium high heat until browned on both sides.
