Fresh Zucchini Toss ingredients
- c Salad Oil
- c Wine vinegar
- 1 garlic
- 1 T Honey
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Seasoned salt
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Black pepper
- 2 c Zucchini
- 1 Iceberg lettuce
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Red onion
- 1 c Seasoned croutons
- Tomato wedges
Cooking Fresh Zucchini Toss
1. Combine first six ingredients thoroughly in blender or shake in a jar. Pour over zucchini.
2. Chill several hours.
3. Place lettuce, onion rings and croutons in large salad bowl.
4. Add zucchini mixture and toss lightly.
5. Garnishi with tomato wedges.
