Fresh Spinach ingredients
- 10 oz Pk fresh spinach
Cooking Fresh Spinach
1. 1. Wash spinach and remove any bruised leaves or thick stems.
2. Shake excess water off leaves.
3. 2. Place spinach in a 2-quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole.
4. 3. Heat, tightly covered, in Microwave Oven 5 minutes.
5. Stiri after 2 minutes.
6. 4. Drain excess water and season to taste.
