Fresh salmon with tricolored peppercorn sauce

Fresh salmon with tricolored peppercorn sauce ingredients
- 1⁄2 Fresh Lemon
- Salmon steaks or fillets
- -- (to serve 4)
- 1⁄3 Stick butter*
- 1 t Dijon mustard
- 1 t Fresh lemon juice
- 1 T Tricolored peppercorns
- -- finely crushed
- 1 T Fresh dill, finely chopped
Cooking Fresh salmon with tricolored peppercorn sauce
1. *no substitutions.
2. Squeeze juice from lemon half over salmon and barbecue or broil.
3. Don"t overcook.
4. Melt butter; mix in mustard and lemon juice.
5. When salmon is done, sprinkle evenly with crushed peppercorns, add dill, and drizzle melted butter sauce over all.
6. Serve immediately.
