Fresh pear salad ingredients
- 1⁄4 c Sugar
- 2 T Cornstarch
- 1⁄8 t Salt
- 1 c Pear juice, or nectar
- 1⁄2 c Orange juice
- 2 T Lemon juice
- 6 med Pears, peeled, halved, cored
- Lettuce
- Cottage cheese
Cooking Fresh pear salad
1. Combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a saucepan; stir in juices.
2. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
3. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
4. Arrange pear halves on lettuce leaves; spoon a small amount of cottage cheese into cente of each.
5. Spoon fruit dressing over each pear.
