Fresh garden mint ice cream ingredients

- 1 c Fresh pineapple
- - crushed finely
- 2 c Mint leaves, crush finely
- 1 c Light corn syrup
- 1 c Unsweetened pineapple juice
- 2 c Milk
- 2 c Whipping cream
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Creme de menthe
Cooking Fresh garden mint ice cream
1. Combine sugar and sater; cook and stir till mixture boils.
2. Cook to soft ball stage (235°F).
3. Add mint leaves; cook about 10 minutes longer.
4. Remove from heat; strain.
5. Add corn syrup; let cool.
6. Add remaining ingredients; freeze in hand-turned or electric ice cream freezer.
7. Let ripen.
8. Makes 2 quarts.
