Fresh fruit salad with orange vinagrette ingredients
- 3 T Avocado oil
- 2 T Orange juice
- 1 1⁄2 T white wine vinegar
- 1⁄2 t Orange peel, finely grated
- 1⁄2 t Salt
- Lettuce
- 1 med Avocado, peeled & sliced
- 2 c Fresh Fruit Slices or Chunks
- Mint leaves
Cooking Fresh fruit salad with orange vinagrette
1. Whiski oil, orange juice, vinegar, orange peel and salt in a bowl.
2. Line four salad plates with lettuce.
3. Arrange avocado and other fruits on lettuce, dividing equally.
4. Drizzle each serving with a generous tablespoon of vinaigrette.
