Fresh fruit salad with orange vinagrette

1. Whiski oil, orange juice, vinegar, orange peel and salt in a bowl.
2. Line four salad plates with lettuce.
3. Arrange avocado and other fruits on lettuce, dividing equally.
4. Drizzle each serving with a generous tablespoon of vinaigrette.
