Fresh Banana Rhubarb Pie

Fresh Banana Rhubarb Pie ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb Fresh rhubarb
- 3 Medium bananas
- 1 c Sugar
- 1⁄4 c Orange juice
- 1⁄4 t Salt
- 1⁄4 t Cinnamon
- 1 t Nutmeg
- 1 T butter
- 1 9 unbaked double pie crust
Cooking Fresh Banana Rhubarb Pie
1. Prepare pastry.
2. Slice rhubarb (should yield 3 cups).
3. Slice bananas (should yield 3 cups).
4. Combine ingredients except butter and crust.
5. Spread into pie crust.
6. Dot with butter.
7. Place crust on top. Bakei at 450F for 15 minutes.
8. Reducei oven temperature to 350F and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until browned.
