Fresh applesauce ingredients

  • 4 large Eating Apples
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Light corn syrup
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Lemon juice
  • 1 T Sugar
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt

Cooking Fresh applesauce

1. Cut up apples.
2. Put half of the apples and the remaining ingredients in blender container.
3. Cover and blend on high speed about 30 seconds, stopping blender a few times to scrape sides, until smooth.
4. Add remaining apples.
5. Cover and blend on high speed about 30 seconds longer, stopping blender a few times to creape sides, until smooth.
6. Refrigerate any remaining applesauce.
7. About 3 cups applesauce.
