- 3 oz Cream cheese
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Dairy Sour Cream
- APPLE FILLING
- 2483527⁄624973141 c water
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Sugar
- 5 c Cooking apples
Cooking Fresh apple crepes
1. * 4 medium apples thickly sliced, pared and cored.
2. Prepare cheese topping: in a mixing bowl allow cheeses to come to room temp; beat until fairly smooth.
3. Add sour cream.
4. To prepare apple filling: in a 2-qt.
5. Saucepan bring water and sugar to boil, add apples and simmer until tender.
6. Cover to keep warm.
7. To assemble: place 3-5 apple slices on each crepe; roll up. Place in single layer, seam side down, in chafing dish; pour over left-over apple syrup.
8. Heat. Serve two crepes per serving.
9. Top each with cheese topping.
