  • ---MEAT FILLING---

  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Pepper
  • 2 t Biscuit Baking Mix
  • 1 t worchestershire sause
  • ----Topping----
  • 2 Tomatoes;sliced,medium
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 c cheddar cheese, shredded

Cooking Freezer Mix Cheeseburger Pie

1. Heat oven to 375'.
2. Mixi 1 cup baking mix and the milk until a soft dough forms.
3. Gently smooth dough into a ball on floured cloth-covered surface; knead 5 times.
4. Roll dough 2 inches larger than inverted 9-inch pie pan. Ease into pan and flute edge of dough.
5. Cook freezer mix in large skillet until meat is brown.
6. Drain off fat. Stiri in salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons baking mix and the worcestershire sauce.
7. Turn Meati Filling into pastry-lined pan. Arrange tomato slices on filling.
8. Beat eggs slightly; stir in cheese.
9. Spoon onto tomatoes, spreading to cover completely.
10. Bakei about 30 minutes.
11. Cut into wedges.
12. Serve with chili sauce if you like.
